3. Device Installation and Ownership

  • Our team professionally installs all devices to ensure functionality and tamper resistance.
  • Once payment is completed and installation is confirmed, the device becomes your property.
  • Unauthorized removal, tampering, or damage may result in loss of warranty and service support.

4. Service Plans and Payments

  • Clients must choose a subscription plan (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) as per our current pricing.
  • Service will only be activated upon full payment of the subscription plan and device (if applicable).
  • Non-payment or delays may result in suspension or termination of service.

5. Data and Privacy

  • We collect and process data related to the vehicle location, speed, and driver behavior strictly for service purposes.
  • Your data will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by UAE law.
  • By using our service, you consent to the collection and processing of such data.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • We are not liable for:
    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from misuse or misinterpretation of tracking data.
    • Failure of service due to force majeure events, such as internet outages, SIM/network issues, or government restrictions.
  • We do not guarantee 100% tracking uptime due to reliance on external systems like GPS satellites and telecom networks.

7. Cancellation and Termination

  • Clients may cancel the service at any time by contacting our support team.
  • We reserve the right to terminate services for any client found violating these terms or engaging in unlawful activity.
  • Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, software, and branding, is the intellectual property of Najoom Al Thuraya Security Control Services L.L.C.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
