Refund Policy

At Najoom Al Thuraya Security Control Services L.L.C, we are committed to providing reliable GPS vehicle tracking solutions and services. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure all our clients are fully informed and satisfied with their purchase. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Device Purchase Refunds

Our team professionally and securely installs all of our GPS tracking devices to ensure optimal performance and security. Because of the nature of the installation and service, we offer limited refunds on hardware under the following conditions:

a. Installation & Inspection

  • Devices are thoroughly tested and verified at the time of installation by our technicians.
  • Clients are encouraged to verify system functionality after installation.
  • If the device does not perform correctly during or immediately after installation, it will be replaced free of charge.

b. Refund Eligibility

  • A full refund (or replacement) is only applicable if the device is proven to be non-functional or defective at the time of installation.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of installation, along with a valid service receipt.

c. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Once the device has been installed and confirmed to be working, it is non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for device issues arising due to the following:
    • Tampering after installation
    • Improper use or removal
    • External damage caused by third-party interference or accidents

d. Ownership Note

Please note that the tracking device remains the property of the customer after successful installation and payment. Removal or uninstallation will not result in a refund unless the device was defective from the beginning.

2. Service Subscription Refunds

Our tracking services are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the chosen plan. Refunds for service subscriptions are offered as follows:

  • Prepaid Plans: Refunds are only applicable if service has not yet been activated or if there is a technical issue on our end that we are unable to resolve.
  • Cancellation: Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, but refunds will only be provided if cancellation is requested within 7 days of the service start date and the service remains unused.

3. Defective or Faulty Devices

If a device is found to be defective or non-functional upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days. We will:

  • Replace the device free of charge, or
  • Issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible.

Devices found to be faulty due to improper installation, external damage, unauthorized tampering, or misuse will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items/services are non-refundable:

  • Installation charges
  • SIM/data charges (if applicable)
  • Customized solutions or hardware
  • Services already rendered or activated
